Hear your part in context. The score moves with the orchestra and your line is highlighted, so you hear how it fits before you raise your instrument — not isolated, but inside the whole piece.
Practise as if the players were there. Open a piece, press play, and the ensemble is around you: the full sound, ready when you are, gone when you are not.
Step in and play. On the Premium plan you can remove your own line — the minus-one — and the orchestra plays everything else, so the space where you should be becomes yours to fill.
