1. What this policy is
This Cookie Policy explains how MaestroMeet uses cookies and similar technologies on our website during our pre-launch period. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help sites work, remember your choices, and understand how the site is used. "Similar technologies" includes things like local storage and pixel tags, which do similar jobs.
3. Why we use them
During the waitlist period we use cookies and similar technologies for two purposes:
- To make the website work (essential).
- Nothing else. We do not currently use any analytics, advertising or tracking technology on this website.
The only cookies we set ourselves are the essential ones listed below. The teaser videos load nothing from YouTube unless you press play, after which YouTube may set its own cookies — see 4.4. We use no analytics or tracking tool at all, so there are no non-essential cookies to accept or reject, and no cookie-consent banner is needed.
4. The cookies we use
4.1 Essential cookies
These are needed for the site to function. They are always set and cannot be switched off. The table lists the cookies we know this website sets. Our hosting provider's security and content-delivery layer may also set a strictly necessary cookie of its own; we check for such cookies and add any we find. If we add or change a cookie, we update this table.

4.2 Analytics (none in use)
We do not currently use any analytics or visitor-measurement tool on this website. Nothing counts your visit, and nothing is sent anywhere for that purpose.
If we introduce analytics during the waitlist period, it will be a privacy-friendly, cookieless tool that does not identify or profile you, and we will name it in this policy before it goes live.
4.3 Advertising and cross-site tracking (not used)
We do not currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not use an advertising pixel such as the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. We do not display advertising on this website, other than any advertisement YouTube itself may insert into a teaser video after you press play (see 4.4). We may promote the waitlist on Facebook or elsewhere, but any such advertising runs entirely on those platforms — we do not place Meta's tracking code on this website, and we do not share your activity on this site with Meta or any other advertiser.
If this changes at launch — for example, to measure adverts to prospective paying members — we will update this policy first, and any such tracker will be set only with your consent.
4.4 Embedded videos (YouTube)
Our landing page includes teaser videos hosted on YouTube. They are shown as still images with a play button, and nothing is loaded from YouTube when the page opens — no player, no cookies, no request to any Google domain.
If you choose to press play, the player is fetched from YouTube's youtube-nocookie.com domain. YouTube then receives your IP address and details of the video you watched, and may then set cookies or use similar storage on your device. That is governed by Google's own privacy and cookie policies, not ours. YouTube may itself place an advertisement inside a teaser video after you press play. That advertisement is chosen and served by Google under its own policies, we earn nothing from it, and it is the one form of advertising on this site that is not within our control. If you would rather none of this happened, do not play the videos.
5. The waitlist form
Our waitlist sign-up uses a form hosted by Brevo, our email platform. The waitlist button on this website is a link, not an embedded form, so nothing is loaded from Brevo while you are browsing here — you are taken to the form on Brevo's own page only when you choose to go there.
When that form is shown, Brevo may set its own cookies to make the form work and to protect against abuse. We use the form only to collect waitlist details; how Brevo uses cookies on its own page is governed by Brevo's privacy and cookie policies. We do not use the form to track you for advertising.
6. Managing cookies
Because the cookies this site sets are essential ones only, and we use no analytics or tracking tool, there is no cookie-consent banner and nothing here for you to configure. The one thing within your control is the teaser videos: nothing is loaded from YouTube unless you press play (see 4.4).
You can still accept, reject or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Note that blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site working.
If we ever introduce non-essential cookies — for example, advertising measurement at launch — we will add a consent banner, and update this policy, before doing so.
7. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy if we add or remove cookies — for example, when the full platform launches. The version and date at the top show the current version.

1. ما هذه السياسة
تشرح سياسة ملفات تعريف الارتباط هذه كيفية استخدام MaestroMeet لملفات تعريف الارتباط والتقنيات المشابهة على موقعنا خلال مرحلة ما قبل الإطلاق. وينبغي قراءتها جنبًا إلى جنب مع سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بنا.
2. ما هي ملفات تعريف الارتباط
ملفات تعريف الارتباط هي ملفات نصية صغيرة تُحفظ على جهازك عند زيارتك لموقع إلكتروني. وهي تُستخدم على نطاق واسع لتشغيل المواقع، وتذكّر اختياراتك، وفهم كيفية استخدام الموقع. وتشمل «التقنيات المشابهة» أمورًا مثل التخزين المحلي ووسوم البكسل التي تؤدي وظائف مماثلة.
3. لماذا نستخدمها
خلال مرحلة قائمة الانتظار نستخدم ملفات تعريف الارتباط والتقنيات المشابهة لغرضين:
- لتشغيل الموقع (ملفات ضرورية).
- لا شيء غير ذلك. فنحن لا نستخدم حاليًا أي تقنية تحليلات أو إعلانات أو تتبّع على هذا الموقع.
ملفات تعريف الارتباط الوحيدة التي نضبطها بأنفسنا هي الملفات الضرورية المذكورة أدناه. أما مقاطع الفيديو التشويقية فلا تحمّل شيئًا من YouTube ما لم تضغط على التشغيل، وبعدها قد تضع YouTube ملفات تعريف الارتباط الخاصة بها — انظر 4.4. ولا نستخدم أي أداة تحليلات أو تتبّع على الإطلاق، لذا لا توجد ملفات غير ضرورية لقبولها أو رفضها، ولا حاجة إلى شريط موافقة لملفات تعريف الارتباط.
4. ملفات تعريف الارتباط التي نستخدمها
4.1 ملفات تعريف الارتباط الضرورية
هذه لازمة لعمل الموقع. وهي تُفعَّل دائمًا ولا يمكن إيقافها. ويسرد الجدول ملفات تعريف الارتباط التي نعلم أن هذا الموقع يضبطها. وقد تضبط طبقة الأمان وتوصيل المحتوى لدى مزوّد الاستضافة ملفًا ضروريًا من جانبها؛ ونحن نتحقّق من وجود مثل هذه الملفات ونضيف ما نجده. وإذا أضفنا ملفًا أو غيّرناه، فسنحدّث هذا الجدول.

4.2 التحليلات (غير مستخدَمة)
نحن لا نستخدم حاليًا أي أداة تحليلات أو قياس للزوّار على هذا الموقع. فلا شيء يحصي زيارتك، ولا يُرسَل شيء إلى أي جهة لهذا الغرض.
وإذا أدخلنا تحليلات خلال مرحلة قائمة الانتظار، فستكون أداة محافظة على الخصوصية لا تستخدم ملفات تعريف ارتباط ولا تحدّد هويتك أو تنشئ ملفًا تعريفيًا عنك، وسنذكرها في هذه السياسة قبل تشغيلها.
4.3 الإعلانات والتتبّع عبر المواقع (غير مستخدَمة)
نحن لا نستخدم حاليًا ملفات تعريف ارتباط للإعلانات أو للتتبّع عبر المواقع، ولا نستخدم بكسل إعلانات مثل بكسل ميتا (فيسبوك). نحن لا نعرض إعلانات على هذا الموقع، باستثناء أي إعلان قد تُدرجه YouTube بنفسها داخل مقطع تشويقي بعد ضغطك على التشغيل (انظر 4.4). وقد نروّج لقائمة الانتظار على فيسبوك أو غيره، غير أنّ أي إعلان من هذا القبيل يجري بالكامل على تلك المنصّات — فلا نضع شفرة تتبّع ميتا على هذا الموقع، ولا نشارك نشاطك على هذا الموقع مع ميتا أو أي مُعلن آخر.
وإذا تغيّر ذلك عند الإطلاق — مثلًا لقياس الإعلانات الموجَّهة إلى الأعضاء المحتمَلين الدافعين — فسنحدّث هذه السياسة أولًا، ولن تُضبط أي أداة من هذا القبيل إلا بموافقتك.
4.4 مقاطع الفيديو المضمَّنة (YouTube)
تتضمّن صفحتنا الرئيسية مقاطع فيديو تشويقية مستضافة على YouTube. وتُعرض كصور ثابتة مع زر تشغيل، ولا يُحمَّل أي شيء من YouTube عند فتح الصفحة — لا مشغّل، ولا ملفات تعريف ارتباط، ولا أي طلب إلى أي نطاق تابع لـ Google.
وإذا اخترت الضغط على التشغيل، يُجلب المشغّل من نطاق youtube-nocookie.com التابع لـ YouTube. وعندئذٍ تتلقّى YouTube عنوان IP الخاص بك وتفاصيل المقطع الذي شاهدته، وقد تضع عندئذٍ ملفات تعريف ارتباط أو تستخدم تخزينًا مشابهًا على جهازك. ويخضع ذلك لسياسات الخصوصية وملفات تعريف الارتباط الخاصة بـ Google، لا لسياساتنا. وقد تضع YouTube بنفسها إعلانًا داخل مقطع تشويقي بعد ضغطك على التشغيل؛ وذلك الإعلان تختاره Google وتعرضه وفق سياساتها، ولا نكسب منه شيئًا، وهو الشكل الوحيد من الإعلانات على هذا الموقع الذي لا يخضع لسيطرتنا. وإذا كنت تفضّل ألا يحدث أيٌّ من ذلك، فلا تشغّل المقاطع.
5. نموذج قائمة الانتظار
يستخدم تسجيل قائمة الانتظار لدينا نموذجًا مستضافًا لدى Brevo، وهي منصّة البريد الإلكتروني التي نعتمدها. وزرّ قائمة الانتظار في هذا الموقع هو رابط وليس نموذجًا مضمَّنًا، لذا لا يُحمَّل أي شيء من Brevo أثناء تصفّحك هنا — ولا تُنقَل إلى النموذج على صفحة Brevo نفسها إلا عندما تختار الانتقال إليه.
وعند عرض ذلك النموذج، قد تضع Brevo ملفات تعريف ارتباط خاصة بها لتشغيل النموذج والحماية من إساءة الاستخدام. ونستخدم النموذج فقط لجمع بيانات قائمة الانتظار؛ أما كيفية استخدام Brevo لملفات تعريف الارتباط على صفحتها فتخضع لسياسات الخصوصية وملفات تعريف الارتباط الخاصة بها. ولا نستخدم النموذج لتتبّعك لأغراض الإعلانات.
6. إدارة ملفات تعريف الارتباط
لأنّ ملفات تعريف الارتباط التي يضبطها هذا الموقع هي الملفات الضرورية فقط، ولأنّنا لا نستخدم أي أداة تحليلات أو تتبّع، فلا يوجد شريط موافقة لملفات تعريف الارتباط ولا شيء هنا لتضبطه. والأمر الوحيد الخاضع لاختيارك هو مقاطع الفيديو التشويقية: فلا يُحمَّل شيء من YouTube ما لم تضغط على التشغيل (انظر 4.4).
ومع ذلك يمكنك قبول ملفات تعريف الارتباط أو رفضها أو حذفها من إعدادات متصفّحك في أي وقت. ولاحظ أنّ حظر الملفات الضرورية قد يوقف عمل أجزاء من الموقع.
وإذا أدخلنا مستقبلًا أي ملفات غير ضرورية — مثل قياس الإعلانات عند الإطلاق — فسنضيف شريط موافقة، ونحدّث هذه السياسة، قبل ذلك.
7. التغييرات على هذه السياسة
سنحدّث هذه السياسة إذا أضفنا ملفات تعريف ارتباط أو أزلناها — على سبيل المثال عند إطلاق المنصّة الكاملة. ويبيّن الإصدار والتاريخ في الأعلى النسخة الحالية.
