Flute in the Orchestra: The Stand Sheet
Six things to remember when you sit down in the flute section, on a free A5 card sized for the folder: the top of the wind, breath, pitch, the fingerings the part does not print, exposed entries, and playing by sight.
Print it and it lives in the front of your folder; save it to your phone and it is there at the rehearsal break. It is free, and there is nothing to sign up for.

You sit at the top, where everything shows. Plan the breath before you play a note. Learn where each note wants to sit. Use the fingerings the part does not print. Exposed entries are prepared in the silence. Ensemble is a matter of sight.
